Annotation

To develop unified approaches to determining the minimum age of enrollment in groups at the stage of initial training in sports (wrestling, boxing, triathlon, cycling, karate, sambo, skiing, judo, taekwondo, football), we analyzed the level of physical development and functional fitness, taking into account the stages of training, age, biological age. However, for a more complete picture and of specific proposals for the development of unified approaches, it is necessary to analyze the regulatory and legal basis for the organization of sports training in the Russian Federation using the example of the studied sports.
