Annotation

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that sports training in computer sports requires the search for new means of assessing the functional state and physical fitness of esports athletes starting from the stage of initial sports training. The selection of relevant and objective means of assessing the fitness of cybersportsmen will make it possible to effectively change the focus of the educational and training process in mesocycles, as well as to form a harmoniously developed, healthy cybersportsman. The combined static test is a research tool that provides an objective assessment of the physical qualities of an athlete, and in relation to computer sports can simultaneously assess the state of physical fitness and the level of development of specialized athletic abilities. The purpose of the study was to assess the state of physical fitness of esports athletes at the initial training stage through the indicators of a combined static test. The research methods were: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, testing on the ST-150 stability platform, methods of mathematical statistics. The results of the study indicate pronounced sagittal and frontal asymmetry in the cybersportsmen of both teams, which requires further inclusion in the search for effective means of sports training in computer sports at the initial training stage.
