The Influence of Psychophysiological Indicators on the Effectiveness of Competitive Activities of Basketball Players of Student Teams

Annotation

The relevance of this study is due to the lack of information on the relationship between the psychophysiological characteristics of basketball-students with different levels of technical preparedness and their achievement of high results in competitive activities. Our work is aimed at identifying quantitative indicators of the main psychophysiological characteristics, the dynamics of these indicators in the annual cycle and their impact on the effectiveness of gaming activity. The study used psychophysiological techniques and methods for examining competitive activity. The article reveals the relationship of psychophysiological indicators of students of basketball players of various qualifications that affect the effectiveness of competitive activity. The results of our study allow specialists to rationally approach the process of recruiting student teams, the distribution of players in the team according to the level of technical preparedness, and, taking this into account, optimize the educational and training process of basketball-students in the annual cycle.
