Annotation

A ten-year prospective cohort study of hormonal status and sexual development in high-class jaewondo women was carried out. At the age of 10–15 years, their lag in sexual development was revealed for the sake of physical development. The hormonal status was characterized by a high level of testosterone and a decrease in the level of progesterone and estradiol. Ko-tore was corrected with the use of natural phytostyrenes. Then the girls continued to work in the national team, but the peak of achievements fell on 15–16 years. After 10 years from the beginning of the study, they reduced the intensity of their training, most of them got married and had children.
