Annotation

The aim of the study was to examine the manifestation of coordination abilities in young rock-n-rollers at the initial training stage with the introduction of a confusing factor through the analyzer systems. Forty children aged 8–9 years were examined. Children in the control group were engaged in a standard program, according to federal standards of sports training, for children in the experimental group the section of special physical training was expanded by including sets of exercises using balancing platforms. The study of the indicators was carried out before the start and after the completion of the experiment. A comparative analysis of the coordination abilities of children showed that under conditions of artificial introduction of additional confusing factors through the analyzer systems, destabilization of the control functions of the central nervous system is observed, causing a significant decrease in the effectiveness of the motor action performed in normal conditions. Inclusion in the training programs of young athletes aged 8–9 years of exercise complexes using balancing platforms contributes to the integration of the activity of sensory systems and optimizes the control functions of the central nervous system.
