Annotation
The method of biomechanical control using the electron-beam system «OptoJump » and video analysis used in the work allowed, based on the analysis of objective
kinematic indicators, to compare the technical readiness in the long jump of highly qualified all-rounders and specialists in this sport, to identify on this basis the lagging technical indicators of decathletes, limiting the effectiveness of decathletes in long jumps. The kinematic parameters of the run-up, push-off, landing in the long jump were analyzed, a statistical assessment of intergroup differences in the technical indicators of jumpers and all-rounders in all the main phases of the jump that determine the effectiveness was carried out.
