Annotation

The transboundary territories of the south of Siberia and the Far East are supplemented with basin content. Pools are perceived as self-organizing dynamic geosystems. The article тhe content of transboundary territories as special geosystems with ecotonic (transitional) properties has been clarified. The theoretical content of transboundary territories as integral geosystems is substantiated. Basin and administrative criteria for the allocation of transboundary territories are identified. The analysis of economic activity in cross-border geosystems is carried out. It is revealed that even a comprehensive study of the border territories on one side of the border cannot give a sufficient idea of the state of the entire cross-border territory. This circumstance determined the search for a unified scientific approach to analysis, the establishment of a single content of a cross-border object. The analysis of land use and the state of ecology in the border parts of adjacent states is carried out. The analysis of floods in transboundary geosystems and their dependence on economic activity within both basin slopes of the Upper Amur is carried out. The conclusion about multiple information concentrations in cross-border territories and their determining importance in solving a number of state and natural problems is ubstantiated.
