Annotation

In the light of innovative technologies in the system of physical education of secondary school students in China, there are ample opportunities for using visual task cards as a targeting tool in physical education lessons. The task cards provide pedagogical guidelines on the form and content of performing the leading components of the motor exercise being mastered. Visualization of motor tasks set by the teacher creates conditions for deeper understanding and subsequent reproduction of motor actions. The pedagogical method of visualizing motor tasks in teaching expands the understanding of new approaches to improving the quality of physical education for students of the People’s Republic of China.
