Аннотация

Гольф является олимпийским видом спорта. В Европе, Америке, Австралии, Японии и других странах гольф пользуется большой популярностью, имеет хорошую теоретическую и методическую основу подготовки гольфистов разного уровня спортивного мастерства. Статья посвящена изучению и аналитическому осмыслению зарубежных исследований в области гольфа. Цель исследования — выявить основные компоненты, определяющие эффективность двигательных действий гольфиста в свинге. Изучение теоретических и методических источников по проблеме спортивного мастерства в гольфе проводилось в базах: eLIBRARY.RU, РИНЦ, PubMed, Web of Science, SPORTDiscus, ResearchGate и Scopus. Всего было проработано более 100 зарубежных источников. Научные данные свидетельствуют, что гольф-свинг представляет собой сложно-координационное двигательное действие и не может быть абсолютно идентичным как по отношению к индивидуальным физическим особенностям, так и к уровню спортивного мастерства. Профессиональные гольфисты используют различные варианты двигательных действий, приводящих к желаемому результату. Индивидуальная вариативность движения кинематической цепи проявляется в пределах средней индивидуальной модели свинга, что указывает на уникальные решения двигательной задачи исходя из личных антропометрических особенностей, физических качеств и иных ограничивающих условий. Очевидно, что двигательная вариативность в гольфе является и, безусловно, останется одним из приоритетных направлений дальнейших исследований. Поэтому необходимо уделять особое внимание теоретическим, методологическим и практическим аспектам, затронутым в данной статье, которые в отечественной научной гольф-среде недостаточно исследованы.
