Аннотация
Цель исследования — изучить морфологические и количествен-
ные морфометрические изменения печени при экспериментально индуцированном
метаболическом синдроме у крыс. Было проведено гистологическое и морфометри-
ческое исследование печени животных с воспроизведенной моделью метаболиче-
ского синдрома. В результате были выявлены дезорганизация дольковой структуры
печени, макро- и микровезикулярный стеатоз, вакуолизация гепатоцитов и умеренная
мононуклеарная инфильтрация. Морфометрический анализ показал статистически
значимое увеличение площади стеатозных зон и числа липид-нагруженных гепато-
цитов по сравнению с контролем. Полученные данные подтверждают развитие вы-
раженных структурных изменений печени и воспроизводимость экспериментальной
модели.
